We're a direct-pay service, but most members submit their Harlow receipts for FSA/HSA reimbursement, and many commercial plans reimburse out-of-network care. We'll provide the documentation you need.
The consultation, plan, and prescription processing are included. The cost of medication itself varies; some are included, some are billed separately. Your clinician will always discuss costs before prescribing anything.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrading to Complete Care mid-cycle will be prorated.
Cancel any time with no fees. If you cancel within 30 days of a new prescription, we refund the unused medication cost. Your data and records stay in your account for 12 months.
